• All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Bank Transfer

• A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the secretariat.
• Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.
• Please note that the fees has to be transferred under the registrant’s name and the name must be stated on the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by October 31 2022	50% Refund
Cancellation after November 1, 2022.	No Refund

• Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail (kddw@conventionpm.com ).
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
• All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
• Please refer to the above cutoff dates for cancellation.
